MSNBC: Conservative and Liberal Bloggers on Obama and McBush
Matt Lewis of TownHall.com seems to be afraid of Obama’s message of change and, as every conservative, prefers to embrace the old and the same, however dysfunctional it may be. In other words, he wants Hillary Clinton to be the democratic presidential nominee, because for republicans, the old news is good news, and usually, the only news.
John Aravosis, a liberal blogger, has to defend the notion that women and racists will not vote for Barack Obama, because sexism and racism apparently still exists in the US society. Of course these people will vote for McBush against their own interests. There is nothing more telling and appealing than a mom telling her kid that McBush will probably not fund his or her education given the war time spending and the future may not be as bright as it could be, but because Obama has beaten Hillary, it’s all about women and moms in November. As far as anti-Obama racists go, I rest my case.
