“A strong mother who supports her daughter’s difficult decision” is a really low standard set by these conservative ladies. Obama is a strong father just as is Biden, a good father and grandfather, only it is Miss Palin whose child got pregnant at the age of 17 which makes her as opposed to Mrs. Obama and Biden, also irresponsible and careless mother. That is something these supporters conveniently ignore, but whoever opposes sex education must logically find underage pregnancies as something desirable, natural and inevitable.

“She is a reformer and an army mom” — another argument used by the Palin supporters. She is as much an army mom as Joe Biden is an army father so this reasoning also makes absolutely no sense. Let’s face it, a “conservative reformer” who is to make sure that the conservative rules, laws and values remain untouched and unchanged has as much to do with reforms as McCain has with good judgment. To sum it up, this ticket is truly scary. What they will do to the environment alone makes the prospect of them being President and Vice-President for 8 years almost unthinkable.
